Iris Oculus

The Iris is a sculptural intervention within the Century City Center parking structure, channeling daylight to lower levels while supporting vertical greenery. Conceived as both infrastructure and symbol, the feature extends the project’s vision for sustainable urban design. I developed a parametric framework to automate its geometry and mold system, integrating fabrication sequencing, structural simulations, and geospatial alignment. A point-cloud-derived digital twin was then used to validate assemblies against as-built conditions, carrying the design from digital model through fabrication and installation.
